Raw sequencing data from 2x250 bp paired end Miseq run; OTU tables; Soil nutrient data, Sample metadata. OTU picking and taxonomy assignments were done using QIIME 1.9.1 with Greengenes (gg_13_8) and UNITE (sh_qiime_release_s_31) as the reference databases.
