Illuminating pelagic and benthic biodiversity in deep waters off Puerto Rico: Data Products

<p dir="ltr">Data products for the OE FY2021 final report: </p><p dir="ltr">Data files include species occurrence data linked with navigational and environmental data if it was available from each dive. Substrates are also noted.</p><p dir="ltr">NF Plots is a pdf of the community assemblages viewed as an MDS and dendrogram. These plots can be recreated with the files included in this dataset.</p><p dir="ltr">This work was completed by Rayanne Brandao Silveira, a PhD student in Cordes' Lab at Temple University.</p>
