This dataset contains two files:

1. Habromys simulatus_MZFC10104.fasta 

Description: Fasta format sequence of the partial mitogenome of Habromys simulatus (MZFC10104/HBR031) obtained from raw data published by Castañeda-Rico et al. (2020), under BioProject PRJNA606805 in GenBank.

2. Features_Table_Habromys_simulatus_MZFC10104.txt

Description: Partial mitogenome’s features of Habromys simulatus (MZFC10104/HBR031).
