Genome assemblies as described in the paper about vermillion snapper genome by Adela Roa-Varon et al. In addition, a vsnapper_v1rv.fasta that has 20 contigs removed that included mitochondrial genes. This vsnapper_v1rv.fasta file was uploaded to Genbank.
