Input files and UCE Contigs from <i>Ratufa</i> study.

<p dir="ltr">Inputfiles.zip contains data partitions for IQ tree and BEAST analyses, input mitogenome alignments, newly generated mitogenomes for GenBank, the BEAST input XML file, ASTRAL species trees, and input for SVD Quartets.</p><p dir="ltr">The UCE_contigs.zip contain UCEs separated by each individual (museum catalog number provided in file name).</p>
