This repository includes the Plasmodium relictum GRW4 transcriptome assembly (file Plasmodium_relictum_GRW4_transcriptome_v2.fasta) and the R code (file GRW4_transcriptome_gene_expression_Videvall.R) to reproduce the analyses described in Videvall et al.
