File names and descriptions:
da_asvs_pipeline.rdata: contains all variables and objects from the pipeline. To see the Objects, in R run load("da_asvs_pipeline.rdata", verbose=TRUE)
da_asv_anvio.zip contains all the files needed to visualize the DA ASVs in anvi’o. See the workflow for instructions.
