This repository contains the RAW sequencing data for the high-temp SWELTR study. Trimmed reads (with primers removed) are deposited at the European Nucleotide Archive, study accession number PRJEB45074 (ERP129199).

Raw fastq data files are named by plot number (P1–P10). Names containing the suffix -8C are samples warmed by +8°C.
