GGI Gap Analysis Tool
This repository contains the code for the National Museum of Natural History (NMNH) Global Genome Initiative (GGI) Gap Analysis Tool. This tool is intended for use by researchers who wish to check for the presence/absence of taxonomic names (kingdom-genus) as genetic samples in the Global Genome Biodiversity Network (GGBN) Data Portal and as DNA barcodes the NCBI GenBank Nucleotide database.
